Walking Meditation: A Three Mile Walk Through Tennessee Valley
Walking meditation is a way to access inner guidance and purpose, much like walking the labyrinth at Chartres or the Camino de Santiago in Spain. It shares similarities with a Native American vision quest, or an Aborigine walkabout.
Our walking meditation through Tennessee Valley will provide a way for us to be present in the moment, to be in silence, and to listen to our inner guidance. We may ask a question about our lives, with the intention that we discover the answer along the trail. We may be at a crossroads and wonder which way to go, what decisions or changes to make. We may question what our purpose, or our calling may be.
You also may benefit from walking meditation if you are experiencing a life transition, anxiety, depression, grief or loss. Mindfulness practices integrated with our walk will help to decrease stress and improve mood and overall wellness.
I hope after walking this beautiful trail you will leave rejuvenated with clarity, purpose, direction, and encouragement.
I will also be available for one week of complimentary email sessions afterward, to support you with any goals you may set.
